Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin at St. Norbert College
Ages: 7th-12th grade

Learn new training and nutrition tips. Become a smarter racer. Best of all, enjoy
new friendships with girls who share your passion for running! This camp features
an incredible staff of Olympic athletes and collegiate runners.
Special guests include:
Jose Antonio, Ph.D. a leading sports nutrition scientist. He is a co-founder and CEO of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (www.theissn.org). He has authored a dozen books that include 'Fast Track' with Suzy Favor Hamilton.
Suzie Neas, Massage Therapist.
All campers receive a t-shirt and a copy of 'Fast Track.'

Movin' Minds
July 21-25, 2008 M-F 8:30am-3:45pm.
For students entering grades 6-9 in Fall 2008
The School of Education is pleased to offer a new Pre-college program, Movin' Minds! This unique program is a partnership between Olympian runner, Suzy Favor-Hamilton and the Pre-college unit in Education Outreach at UW-Madison. Movin' Minds will expose students to two challenging academic areas of their choice while being active and having fun. Each morning, Suzy Favor-Hamilton will lead activities that promote healthy bodies and healthy minds for all participants. In addition to exploring their areas of interest, students will also learn ways to achieve their own personal best.
$475 for the week. Scholarships available for students with financial need.

Co-ed Camp
Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin at University of Wisconsin, Parkside
Ages: 7th-12th grade and special evening sessions for 5th-6th grade
Skill Level: All levels
This camp is unique because it is held at the samesite as the FootLocker Regionals,
where Suzy won state in 1986! Learn training, nutrition and racing tips on how to
be your best. Incredible staff of Olympic athletes and collegiate runners. Great
camp to kick off your cross country season!!

Kyle Roberts, C. Ped. Footworks Orthotics, Inc. Roberts will focus on running footwear (neutral-cushioning, stability, motion-control) and the importance of knowing what kind of arch you have so you can be wearing the right shoe for your arch.
